Today was just one of those days that I love running and it just felt good. I started out with everybody (Chandis, Cassidy, Rachel, Haley) it took me awhile to get into it. I stayed with them till Hearts and then just let my legs go and took off. It felt really good. I don't know what happened but it was really like one morning I woke up and I could run a lot faster. My legs feel lighter and my breathing is easy. It's been like this for awhile. Weird!! At the turn around I decided to run with my friends back to the school. Chandis is not doing so well. . . she has what I had. I feel for her! Your breathing is the first thing that goes it feels like you're sufficating! 1) 8:28 getting into it really stiff. 2) 7:50 let go 3) 9:05 just talking to Rachel and Chandis 4) 9:29 easy, easy, easy and FUN! *striders after no weights =(
