3- Morning runs. . . .shoot me!! I am NOT a morning person!!! Even though it was at 6:00 a.m went pretty darn good!! I feel like I've got my legs back =)

4.5 - I don't know how far I ran this afternoon but it was GREAT! I started a little bit later so I chased everybody over to the Sunset Tire hill! Once I got there I would let these girls go in front of me and let them get a good ways up, then I would chase after them. I caught them and beat them both times! =) !!! I felt so good! Legs, breathing, oh-man its just good to be feeling a little bit back! I started running back with Austin we were hitting a 7:38 pace. . . .a little to fast on the way back for me but I kept a really solid pace a bit slower.

I don't know why life has been just a bit miserable lately but I'm trooping through it! I think was starting to take a toll on my running though. Today I just tried to think positive and happy and just be excited to run. The run went great. I ran with Cassidy Farris today and it was just fun to run with her =) . Got back and did some striders. Cassidy was originally a sprinter so we sprinted, all out sprinted, all 5 of them. She kicked my butt. . . but I've never moved that fast in my entire life. It was CRAZY and SOO fun! I joined Austin and Danny for one and well. . .they weren't moving as fast as me and Cassidy!! ha! But it was great I ended up doing 6.

Austin lost a bet so he had to do a 400 for me!!! In under 1:05 or he had to do it again. He got 1:03!! Fun stuff and he is a GREAT runner!!!

a.m-  Ugh. . . i love mornings, i love mornings, i love mornings, i love mornings. . . NOT! These morning runs for track are harder then they were for cross country! I don't like the cold. 

p.m - Good run this afternnoon! I ran the 2 mile warm up with Cassidy. Then we all started on repeats; Haley, Cassidy, Chandis, Rachel and Ashley. We took off at a good pace. It felt so good. I stuck right with and a little behind Haley and Ashley. It was faster then all our goal paces but we got really competative with each other. It was cool how it pushes you harder!!! 2 mile cool down. Some of the girls did not want to run it all so I just took off because I knew I needed to do all of it. Caught Chandis and Rachel. It was fun!

Only 4 today into Washington. I started out with Chandis and Rachel they had a really good pace. I have been struggling though! Sometimes I'm restraining myself from what my body wants to do. I don't want to get competitive and discourage anybody but sometimes. . . .It's just hard. So today I just told myself to let my body just go. It was amazing my legs were automatically just going and my breathing did not change. It was awesome! It felt amazing just to let go.

a.m - For some reason everyday this week my stomach has killed on morning runs. I'm waiting for the "perfect" (*as good as it gets) morning run. 

p.m - I was the ONLY girl out there today =( !!! It was so hard! I was so mad. . . kind of. . .just disappointed?! But sometimes I don't show up so. . . I can't really say anything!  It's so hard to do hard workouts without a team to push with. Maybe that is a lesson for me to learn. Waited around why the guys took off to see if any girls would show up. After awhile I took off on my two mile warm up. Came back ran my 2x1000 and then took off for a 2 mile cool down. Legs were dead, nothing there, and I didn't know how fast to go because my watch is broken. I tried!!!
