WOD 18 min amrap: 18 kb swings 70/55 18 push-ups 18 toes to bar 18 oh walking lunges 45/25 PM I ran with Danny this evening. We planned on running mid afternoon but chose to run in the evening instead. This was a fairly hilly run. The hills weren't bad though. I surprised myself running up 2450 like it was a walk in the park. After we stretched on the lawn. It was such a nice evening!!! And then ate left over preference dinner. I think we are creating a habit. Every time after we run we end up eating together after. . . . mmm! 17 DAYS LEFT
