a.m - 3 miles! I wish the girls would really learn how to show up and show up on time!
TEMPO!!! .5 mile warm up / core / 2 mile warm up / 20 min tempo / 2 mile cool down / 4x200's /weights! I'm so thankful it is the end of the week with the exception of Saturdays run. I took off before the boys so I could relax about finding my fast pace. It was a good! I made it to the same place me and Kaylee made it last time and last time we went over by 40 seconds! Towards the end I got tired but I pushed through it!
