I decided I was going to go with a group who was going to
challenge themselves a little. Our Coach made a deal that if Stoner and Mia
would run 4 then Megan, Jessica and Kaylee would get to run 4 instead of 5. The
last half of the deal was they had to stick with coach for the first half. I
see why our coach did that, some of our running efforts have not been up to
70%. Today the run actually felt accomplishing and even though I was not
involved in the deal I’m glad that I ran with them.

I had to take off early today because I had to go take a final. Mia and Stoner came with and we went and ran SANDBURGS. It was really fun but when we got to the pond. . . it's half empty. . . really empty. dumb. It was the best run though, the pace, the weather, everything.

| | I didn't get to sleep until after 1 in the morning and then I had to get back up at 3:30 to pack and get things ready go. Worst. No running this weekend. | Add Comment |
| | Today was just another 3 miles with all the girls. It was lots of fun, we went to go see the dead cow out at sandburgs that Stoner and some girls found on Friday with some freshman. It was yucky. Interesting thought about our team. When I was running to Sandburgs with Rachel and Mia they were not scared but I was. The run creeps me out and I feel responsible for them. They however were not nervous. Well when I was out of town on Friday they went on Sandburgs and took some freshman and they were nervous taking them without me or somebody older. Anyways, we talked about it a little on our run. How we all in a way feel responsible for each other. Mostly older girls for the younger girls. It was intersting. | Add Comment |
| | The level two and three boys ran with the level two three girls today. It was kind of weird to run together but I bet with some more runs like that it will be more comfortable. The first part the pace was great, we weren't running to hard but we were running. Toward the end, however, the pace picked up a lot. A good chunck of us girls ended up dropping off. I ran with Mia from there to the school and we continued running hard, just not CRAZY! | Add Comment |
| | Oh man, I'm surprised I am still alive! I don't know how Friday is EVER going to come. I ended up dragging myself through this run. I was pretty tired and feeling really crummy. The first two out into Green Springs was tough, on the way back wasn't so bad, except the boys caught us and the pace changed awfully quick.

| | Today I was feeling a bit of relief. A light at the end of the tunnel. I'm getting there. This added some serious relief to running, it didn't feel like another chore today. | Add Comment |
| | Today I couldn't/ chose not to run after school today. Last night, was a long night. This morning was a long day. And my English Portfolio was finally done and due to my professor so I left to take it to him after school. I know its not really an excuse but I just didn't feel like running. After clearing off my plate this weekend I didn't want to do anything. Although I guess not everything is done. Math exam 7 and 2 finals left. | Add Comment |
