A. 50 TGU slow and steady – light weight + B. Toes 2 Bar 12 x 3 sets; rest 1 min + C. Row 10 min for max meters. I think I went a little to light on the TGU. . . Oh well I got to practice my form. On the Toes 2 Bar I finally got the speedy kip way down! It felt so weird doing it. At first I felt out of control but then it was really cool and fast, fast, fast! Rowing 10 minutes was horrible, I really don't like rowing, and especially rowing for 10 minutes! Run - - I had my mom drop me off at the back of Green Springs and ran around from there. My right hip in the back is still in the pits but it will get better. The other things is I really do not like running alone. . . because I just get going fast and then slow and then fast and ugh!
