Rest 2.5 minutes (UB = Unbroken) After me and my dad were done at CrossFit we came home and went on a little run. It was great to be out running this morning even though it is stinking warm! Me and my dad are doing a lifestyle challenge at CrossFit Dixie. It includes doing the strict Paleo Diet (which I have wanted to do FOREVER), Getting at least 7 hours of sleep every night, and working out at least 5 times a week. This is my fourth day of the challenge so I have 44 more days to go. But it's amazing what happens when you start taking care of your body; Giving it whole foods, sleeping enough and working out! I am starting to see and feel a difference in my workouts and in my energy levels during the day (and this is only day FOUR!)!
