I ran the hospital run today! I did a warm up and stretched and my hip was okay. I maybe what ever it was that hurt is gone. . . . WRONG!! The run felt good with the exception of pain in my right hip. I realized at some point in the run that I was focusing on it to much. So I did what Ruth said “think about your elbow.” It worked great but the down hill on Foremaster there was nothing I could do. Really fun run! |
